Todd, founder of AFA, is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting across a range of industries.
His background spans statutory reporting, tax, management accounting, financial governance, and strategic advisory. He has worked in complex, fast-paced environments and has extensive experience partnering with stakeholders, supporting business decision-making, and working alongside firms such as PwC and KPMG in audit and valuation contexts.
Todd has also served on multiple investment company boards, providing governance oversight and strategic input as well as performance and risk monitoring. His experience includes navigating complex business challenges, assessing investment opportunities, and supporting companies through critical decision-making processes.
